"In this age of “Science of Reading” the artful nature of teaching reading has tended to be neglected.   In this presentation, former Nebraskan Dr. Tim Rasinski will make the case that the best reading instruction is both scientific and artful.  He will show how the critical scientific competencies in reading can be taught in artful ways by creative teachers."

• NSLA Student Members - $5.00 - To Become a Member join as a undergraduate student for $20.00 or contact your Literacy Professor for a coupon code for a free student membership.
• Non-members - $60.00 - Includes a one year membership to NSLA with all member benefits - access to member only resources and reduced registration cost for future events.
